How Do I Place An Order?
Simply order through email, Facebook message and/or Etsy shop. Tell us all about your pinata dream and we can start creating it! Don't know what you want but have the party theme, we can work together to make that perfect party centerpiece. At Pinatas Plus, we absolutely love to create new pinatas!

Payment & Shipping
Payment is required at time of order to start your pinata, unless other arrangements are made.
WHEN ORDERING PLEASE PROVIDE:
1. The date of your party
2. Any special requests (color choices, number of pull strings, personalization, etc)
Shipping
Sorry but I cannot ship international.
THERE IS AN EXTRA COST AND TIME FRAME TO SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, OR PUERTO RICO. CONTACT US PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
Your custom handmade pinata will ship to the address you provide. If another address is preferred, please contact us and let us know.
LOCAL PICKUPS (Central PA) PAYS A FLAT $5 DELIVERY FEE!

Payment Options
Pinatas Plus accepts PayPal, money order and check. Our preferred method is PayPal, so we will bill you using that unless another agreement has been made. All payment must be received and cleared before a pinata is started.

Returns & Refunds
Returns: If you are really unhappy with your pinata, please notify me within 3 days of receiving it. It must be sent back to me in the same condition that I shipped it in. I will send you a refund for only the amount of the pinata, not the shipping. If you choose to return your pinata, it will be up to you to pay for the return shipping.
Should you receive a damaged pinata, please notify me within 3 days of receiving it. You will need to email me pictures of the damaged pinata and the damaged shipping box before the date of the party.
If your item does not arrive in time due to USPS or UPS losing or not making the estimated delivery time, there are a few options:
1. You can keep the pinata and get credit for a free future pinata up to the same amount you paid for the first one.
2. You can refuse shipment of the pinata and ask the post office to return to sender (do not open the package). When I have received confirmation that the item has been marked "Return to Sender", I will issue a full refund for the order including shipping.
